Nothing says “I love you” like bulk anniversary cards.You give your wife (or husband I suppose, although this seems like such a male thing to do) about 70 anniversary cards at one time. Then in each one you write, loved this year with you. Say some cute things about how you are so excited for the next 70 years that you couldn’t wait long enough for them to come, so you had to get all of the cards out now. Write something in each card about what you love about her. You know so many great things are to come in your marriage, relationship and friendship. You never want your love to end, and that is why you got her bulk anniversary cards instead of a real gift.
Now if you are a woman, you will see right through this, hopefully, because bulk anniversary cards are not a real gift. Especially because all of those things I mentioned were all sappy and gross. I am not a romantic, and if a man did that for me, I would hate every second of it. Which is very comforting because I know that I will never end up with a man like that because it wouldn’t make it past date one.
